Discounts
Book your vacation directly with us now and receive a 10% discount off Southern Resorts published rates.
Active military and military veterans, and active or retired law enforcement, fire service, and EMS personnel receive a 15% discount off these published rates when your vacation is booked directly through us. Proof of service is required. Discounts are also available for all guests who book a return visit.
Note: Any rental discounts offered by us apply only to the normal published unit rental rate set by Southern Resorts. Any discounts offered by us may not be applied in addition to any occasional discounts or specials offered by Southern Resorts or their departure (cleaning) fee, processing fee, damage insurance fee, state and local lodging tax, or any other other Southern Resorts discounts, fees or assessments. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to discount any of these Southern Resorts fees, taxes or assessments. Also, any owner offered discounts do not apply to monthly rental rates. Rates are subject to change by Southern Resorts without notice.
